You can simply contact us from our contact form where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro) and PayPal.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped within two business days of the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 15-30 business days for delivery to the United States and 15-45 business days for oversized products (depending on location).
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, as well as the reason for your return and images of the package received with your shipping label. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you further instructions if it meets the return terms.
For a list of final sale items, please see our Return Policy. All returns must be in original condition.
Will shipping for my returns be covered?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, item photos, and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long does the return process take?
Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you still haven't received the refundable amount of your return, here's what to do: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
