SHIPPING PROCESS
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 24/72 hours from the order date and will be shipped within two days of the processing day.
All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 15/30 business days for US delivery on standard size products. In large products (furniture, decorative figures from 60cm in height, large lamps,...) the estimated deliveries can range from 15/45 business days depending on the production and finish of the product.
Due to the saturation of the international transport agencies and customs of each country, we cannot commit ourselves to comply with the aforementioned dates in times of market saturation such as Christmas or Black Friday. Therefore, we recommend that if you need a product by a specific date, we recommend that you do not order it.
HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTS
In rare cases, import taxes and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
In the unlikely event that you have to pay a small amount at customs, these charges and taxes will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for days delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office. 99% of our shipments do not have taxes at their final destination.
